About the Webinars
A webinar is an online seminar. CJW Consulting delivers webinars in two different ways.
All of the work that we do is at least tangentially related to software and its associated issues. We offer webinars which we categorize as “General”, meaning that the content can be helpful for you regardless of the type of software your organization is using.
General Webinars are presented through Nonprofit Webinars. Each General session is 60 minutes long and each session is FREE for each registrant.
We also offer a series of webinars covering various functions and features of The Raiser's Edge.
For Raiser's Edge webinars, all registration is done on our website. When you select a session, you will be presented with a registration form that will collect information necessary to process your credit card payment. Upon payment approval, you will be rerouted to another site where you will enter your name and email address. Registrants receive a confirmation email which includes instructions for joining the session. A reminder email is also sent closer to the webinar date which contains a link to join the webinar as well as a toll-free number to call to hear the session.
Each Raiser's Edge webinar is 90 minutes long. The standard rate is $49.50 per registrant per webinar.
You may register for a Raiser's Edge webinar up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time. Please note that ALL webinar times are for the Central time zone. For people on Eastern time, please add an hour to the scheduled start time. For those on Mountain time, please subtract one hour from the start time. Pacific time zone residents should subtract 2 hours from the scheduled start time.
Refund Policy
If CJW cancels a Raiser's Edge webinar for which you are registered, you may request a refund or you may choose to transfer your payment to another webinar.
If an attendee is unable to attend a webinar for which he/she has paid, the payment may be used for another webinar scheduled within 60 days of the one missed.
